Exemptions from PFMA, PPPFA, Regulations, Instruction Notes, and Circulars

Organs of State must submit requests for exemption to the National Treasury in compliance with Section 92 and 76 of Public Finance Management Act 1 of 1999, Section 3 of PPPFA of 2000, and its Regulations of 2017(Applicable to all Departments and Public Entities).
